CAPABILITIES STATEMENT
Stand out in a competitive marketplace with a Capabilities Statement. A strong Capabilities Statement helps you do business with federal agencies and will effectively sell your company to prospect buyers. This document tells potential clients who you are, what you do, and why you are better than the competition. A Capabilities Statement is a critical tool in Government contracting; it is the preferred and compliant way to market your business directly.
Price: $500
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT
In order to understand what the Government has bought from a competitor in the past, your organization requires contract details and in all cases this data may only be accessed via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
Many companies are concerned that the agency will be unhappy that you are making work for them in filing a FOIA on an awarded contract. Let Proxity file anonymously on your company's behalf to make sure not only that the FOIA is filed properly but that the FOIA response is timely.
Once a FOIA request is received the Government has 21 business days to respond with a price for the request. Proxity will make an assumption that the Government may charge up to $100 per request and if more, Proxity will be notified and we in turn will give you a price.
Price: $200 for the first request and $150 for 2nd and subsequent requests. Proxity will charge 20% of the production once you have approved the Government cost.
